It was a day full on records on Saturday when Bangladesh took on New Zealand and Afghanistan faced England. Brendon McCullum cracked a blistering ton. The 58-ball-123 run knock is the second fastest ton in T20 internationals. While McCullum celebrated his hundred, Luke Wright missed his own by 1 run. Wright was unlucky to finish on an unbeaten 99. When Afghanistan walked out for the chase they threatened to set a record for the lowest ever total in a T20 international. At one stage, they were 26-8. But Gulbodin Naib's attacking innings saved Afghanistan the blushes. Their loss to England though, sent them crashing out of the tournament.
