5.40 pm - KXIP need 164 runs to win

Full marks to KXIP! Franklin and Karthik took 71 runs in 5 overs and it seemed as if Mumbai would rattle off a huge total, but Punjab lifted their performance despite the assault. Even though, Awana ended up giving four wides in the final over, KXIP would be happy chasing 164. The pacer picked up two wickets in his four overs costing only 23. There were two controversial wides given in the final over and Hussey had a long discussion with umpire S Ravi after the innings ended. Those runs may prove costly if Punjab go down by a run or two. Mumbai would surely be disappointed with their batting today.
