The 30-year-old, who plays club soccer for Internazionale (Italy), has been called the best keeper in the world by his national team coach, Dunga, as well as by Italian goalkeeping stalwart, Gianguli Buffon. In 16 qualifying games for the world's top-ranked national team, Cesar has allowed only nine goals (a .56 per-game average), and has lost only once. Brazil has qualified for the 2010 World Cup.
