Situated at a height of 1,457 m above the sea level, amongst the snow-capped Himalayas, the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala is inarguably the most scenic ground in the country.

The venue is home ground to the Himachal Pradesh’s Ranji cricket team and has hosted Kings XI Punjab’s home games in IPL. Pakistan became the first international team to play a game at this venue when their practice match against Board President's XI in 2005 was scheduled in Dharamsala.

The former Director of the National Cricket Academy and the present Pakistani coach Dav Whatmore first recommended the ground as an international venue.

India’s fifth and final ODI against England not only marks the stadium’s debut international game but also gives us the opportunity to take you through this picturesque venue. Click on for some of the most breathtaking images from this cricket ground in the scenic Dharamsala. Click on!
