Maria Maria! Sharapova was the queen of Roland Garros this year, both in glam and performance. She decimated her opponents with nonchalant ease and her performance in the final also showed why she can go on to break many records in future. The Russian also regained her world no.1 ranking from Belarusian Victoria Azarenka. It certainly looks like the ranking is here to stay with Sharapova.
