Over a year after his arrest for the murder of girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on February 14, 2013, ‘Blade Runner’ Oscar Pistorius is set to appear before Pretoria’s North Gauteng High Court to answer charges. While the state will seek to prove that Pistorius killed Steenkamp in a rage after the couple quarreled, the South African track star claims he that he mistook his girlfriend for an intruder hiding in the toilet.
