The art of miscommunication

The long list of verbal volleys between India and Australia continued to swell after Symonds and Ishant Sharma decided to share some kind words during an ODI encounter at Brisbane. The face-off as always had two 'faces' to it. Symonds said that he only complimented the bowler after being done in by a peach of a delivery. The Australian alleged that he called Ishant a 'champ' and the Indian pacer misunderstood the praise as a verbal barb.
